I booked with them for the first time for a deep cleaning. The booking process was easy and April was very pleasant and helpful. The only issues I ran into were on the day of the cleaning. I had an arrival window for the cleaners of 3 PM to 4 PM. At 3:55. I hadn’t gotten any communication and no one had shown up yet. I reached out to April and she told me that the cleaners let her know that they were still at the previous job. I told her it would’ve been nice to have received an update that the cleaners would be arriving after the arrival window I was told. I was given another estimated arrival time and the cleaners still came after that arrival time. There were four cleaners altogether to move through the job faster because it was for a deep cleaning of my apartment. They did a good job minus a few spots here and there. I would book again, but it would definitely have to be for an earlier time slot and communication of scheduling delays needs to be improved.

The sent 4 CLEANERS to deep clean the kitchen and basement floors. They were very cheerful and jovial. They appeared to do a very good job For the most part but looking at the work after they left I did notice a few spots that were missed and I have to go over them to make those Missed spots look as nice as-the rest of the work that they did. Other than that, they were very pleasant to work with.
