I never bother with reviews, especially negative ones— but this business deserves to be exposed. A true MASTERCLASS on what NOT to do when you run a business. Companies should be sending their employees here to observe the behavior and interactions as a case study. Do yourself a favor and read a few of the other reviews here. I failed to do so because I used to come here years ago and thought I knew what I was getting into. It wasn't always like this. Now I truly wish there was a ZERO star option to apply here. Perfect Fit Alterations is one to AVOID at ALL costs if you're seeking trustworthy and honest business practices. The owner was exceedingly rude to my daughter in the store, and later to me when I called to confirm she received our payment. When faced with unprovoked behavior like this I tend to presume someone is just having a bad day and cannot be helped. I counter with patience and calm. This owner refused to provide a phone number for their Zelle which they clearly accept (posted signage on premises), and furthermore REQUIRE for advanced payment prior to completion of any alterations. Her excuse was that it was her personal phone number. She only allows customers to scan a QR posted on their counter. We relented, and did this (not the safest method and often used technique for scams). We soon discovered the QR is NOT to make payments, but instead to sign up for Zelle. It does nothing to connect you with her business for payment nor call up their account with Zelle. Since we have Zelle tied to our bank this is a very easy process when you provide the phone number used with your Zelle account. It's regrettable that her ignorance of this process costs her business. Judging by her unwarranted rude and resentful demeanor, it's surprising they've managed to even garner 3/5 stars. I used to use this alterations company years ago and they were great. So when my daughter needed pants hemmed i didn't hesitate to send her here. I regret that decision. I highly suspect these are new owners or management. The experience today is dramatically different from when they started out. After using the business phone published on their company's credentials and making a required $40 payment for a simple alteration job (again, required by the owner BEFORE services were rendered)— this business owner refused to acknowledge receipt of our Zelle payment. She tried to claim no payment was sent. Needless to say, we left promptly. If I can't trust you to take my money, you're not getting my business. I've since had to spend an hour with my bank and Zelle cancelling the charge before she could inevitably steal the funds. It is a curious business model to require payment in full prior to rendering services then refuse to confirm receipt or provide any details required up front to make safe payments with Zelle. All the while simultaneously using your personal phone for the Zelle instead of the business phone. It seems much easier that way to take random payments under the radar of the company's oversight. We left much wiser to this potential fraud, and I am taking this opportunity to hopefully help others avoid a nasty experience and potentially lose time and money. We were fortunate enough to get our funds back after all, and we found a reputable Alterations business for all future work.

Quick turn around time. They did a good job. I did not notice anyone being rude like the other reviews stated. They were nice and friendly to me all 4 times I went in. I'll be using them again.

If i could select 0 stars i would. Very rude, combative, unfriendly and bad customer service. Dont ask questions or express any sort of dissatisfaction or change wanted, if you dont want a rude combative reaction/response. . Cash only, no prices posted so they charge what they want, very overpriced. Lapels gave a much better experience customer service and price, up the street from this place and have many other locations

I was nervous to bring my pants here after reading reviews BUT they couldn’t be more wrong. They did an excellent job on my Anthropology pants, they were ready in 2 weeks as quoted and they were all super friendly. We had a few good laughs when I tried them on before hemming and they were super sweet when I picked them up. It is cash only and in advance of the work, but they tell you that up front and there is also a sign in the dressing room. They will have my business for any alteration needs I may have.
