We used Performance Painting to paint the exterior and interior of our house in preparation for selling it. Manuel and Jeff did an amazing job. From the initial estimate to the final inspection they communicated clearly, performed excellent work, kept the job site clean, and expanded the scope to accommodate some unexpected challenges. I highly recommend them.

Great experience overall with Performance Painting on our multiple projects. I chose them primarily because they’re on "The Good Contractors List", and the on-site workmanship absolutely backed up that reputation. Across all phases that required crews on-site, the results ranged from very good to excellent. Everyone we interacted with was professional, and the subcontractors involved delivered strong work. The only downside was timeline. The original estimate was a 5-week completion, but the project ultimately took more than double that. With multiple subcontractors involved, coordination and schedule communication could have been tighter and more proactive. That said, I would absolutely use them again - and I already have. I’ve signed a new contract with Performance Painting for additional work, which should speak for itself about the quality of the end result and the overall experience. Even with the extended timeline, the quality of the final product was excellent, and I’d recommend Performance Painting -especially if quality is your top priority. If you hire them, I’d just suggest getting a clear schedule plan up front and regular progress updates along the way.

Performance Painting did a top-notch job re-tiling my fireplace accent wall, including installing a properly anchored new mantel. Josh Miller was the project manager. He and his team were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, on time and very friendly. I’m super happy with their work and I highly recommend Performance Painting. They do a lot more than just painting and they do all of it well.

We used performance painting for a fairly extensive project that included rebuilding a chimney, exterior fascia board repairs, exterior painting, interior painting & sheet rock repair, replacing flooring in 3 bedrooms, as well as new solid surface quartz counters, sink & fixture replacement in our kitchen and the results were fantastic. Troy Schrah oversaw our project and did a great job. Highly recommend!
