The technicians left a mess while cleaning the split system in my living room. There were multiple streaks of cleaning product which left stains on my TV screen, stand and surrounding area. Even when cleaned off the screen is permanently damaged. Despite providing before and after photo evidence that this occurred during the service, Kurt was unhelpful, refused to take any accountability or offer any compensation for the damage. This followed on from their technicians not showing up to the initial booking and no one bothering to tell me it needs to be rescheduled until I called to ask where they were. Would not recommend.

I engaged Perth City Air for a quote to supply and install a ducted reverse cycle system for my home in Guildford. The company responded in a timely manner, quote confirmed early December 2025, work scheduled and completed early January 2026. The communication and professionalism of the teams involved was outstanding, questions answered clearly and works completed as scheduled. The air conditioner system is working beautifully I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and final product. Highly recommend the services of Perth City Air.
