The technicians left a mess while cleaning the split system in my living room. There were multiple streaks of cleaning product which left stains on my TV screen, stand and surrounding area. Even when cleaned off the screen is permanently damaged. Despite providing before and after photo evidence that this occurred during the service, Kurt was unhelpful, refused to take any accountability or offer any compensation for the damage. This followed on from their technicians not showing up to the initial booking and no one bothering to tell me it needs to be rescheduled until I called to ask where they were. Would not recommend.

I engaged Perth City Air for a quote to supply and install a ducted reverse cycle system for my home in Guildford. The company responded in a timely manner, quote confirmed early December 2025, work scheduled and completed early January 2026. The communication and professionalism of the teams involved was outstanding, questions answered clearly and works completed as scheduled. The air conditioner system is working beautifully I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and final product. Highly recommend the services of Perth City Air.

The whole experience from quote to installation was a delight - the technicians were absolutely nice guys, friendly and accomodating. Dealing with the Admin people also great and easy to talk to. I highly recommend PCA, they are professional, friendly, easy to deal with, and keep their promises. We have already told others about them, and I now use their customer service as an example of high quality service in my training courses, that's how impressed I have been! Thank you, PCA...

From initial quote to installation finished, PCA have conducted themselves to the highest standards, giving accurate quotes, timely advice and professional service. Highly recommended. Reasonable lead time for installation and maintenance. PCA also conducts scheduled maintenance and cleaning to keep your a/c working at top range with high efficiency.

Outstanding Service and Professionalism! The air conditioning team that attended my property today in East Perth were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding — professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They carried out incredibly thorough checks, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left.
