Today was the first time we used this service. Sadd messaged to advise the time they’d be arriving on the day as they were able to come earlier which was no issue for me. Sadd and his wife were lovely to meet however I can’t say we were impressed with the clean. My previous cleaner (who no longer does cleaning) did more than Sadd and his wife did in less time. Items were not moved on bench tops and wiped under, thinks were just poorly wiped around, vacuuming was the same, I moved an ottoman which had not been cleaned under (didn’t have to move to vacuum under) the showers were also not cleaned, there was no smell of cleaning products. I messaged to advise we were not happy as I think vacuuming and mopping was all that was done.. no disinfectant and just a quick wipe down, I found dust behind things… I advised what was wrong and that I would no longer need the regular clean due to all this as I have clearly been misled by their website .. as what is stated in their “Standard Clean” is not done.. I however the response I received from them has prompted me to write the review “not a problem, thank you” there was no apology or let us come back next time and hope to change your mind etc. This is just to get your money and not worry about coming back. $200 for a wipe down
