I was looking for a pest control service to get rid of these monster, biting “no see um” mosquitoes I have taken over my yard since September, and even making their way into my home, biting up me and my family. I came across Pest Control Solutions on Google and after reading their reviews, I was hoping to get the technician named Ozzie (Ossie). Almost every review was about him, and they were very good reviews. I called the company and scheduled an initial inspection andLo and behold he shows up at my door for my inspection. I was excited because I knew that everything was going to turn out just fine. Ozzie is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me before the inspection and even after the inspection. He explained everything to my daughter who was at home while I was at work. The ladies in the office were also phenomenal. I have not needed pest control services in a very long time. I am going to continue my services with them to ensure that I get my backyard back and so that I’m not held hostage by these little devil mosquitoes. Ozzie found beetles in the irrigation box as well. I never knew that these things could also create issues if they got into your house somehow or into your Carpet. He also found other issues surrounding my home in the neighboring yards that could potentially be the breeding ground for mosquitoes. Hopefully, the neighbors take care of their yards, so that the rest of us can be comfortable in our own yards. I've had the pleasure of working with Glenn before so I knew when I had an issue with another set of solar panel I knew who to call. His communication is always prompt and clear, he's very diligent and thorough. He came by first and did a full inspection at no charge. He sent pictures along with my estimate. The process is so easy I didn't even have to be there or see him in person which is great for me as I'm currently out of the country. He sent out a reminder to just inform me that tomorrow he would be there which was great. I get a full before and after set of pictures after the work is completed and I can then easily pay my invoice. I can't recommend him enough!

I absolutely LOVE PCSI. Their techs are amazing! Friendly, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. They explain everything in a way I can understand AND their rates are so affordable! I have had NO issues with pests since they’ve come to my home. Highly recommend them and becoming a part of the PCSI Family!

We've been using pest control solutions for a few years now, and they've always been great. Always on time and very professional. Ozzy has been our technician for the last 2 visits. He's awesome! His first visit he helped me get ride of the gnats in my house plants. He really listens to my issues and goes above normal to help me solve them. He's polite, detailed, and very informative. 5 stars all around!

Everyone was very professional and courteous. Glenn was on time, Explained everything that he was doing. He did great work. I definitely would recommend to anyone with a pigeon problem. I like the company so much, I switched my pest control over to them as well.
