Before listing our Condominium we did our homework and in doing so we located and selected Leslie Carver with Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices, Henderson NV. With such an important transaction we wanted to make certain we listed with a Realtor that had a proven track record of success. A Realtor that would take the time to sit with us, review our property and help us decide what the best and most realistic listing price was based on market analysis and would utilize multiple marketing strategies so that our property would draw interested buyers quickly. We received even more than we expected when we chose Leslie and Team Carver. This was truly a team, a team of six professionals all working to list, market and sell our home. We listed our Condominium with Leslie and within a couple of days met John Carver at our home who coordinated with the listing photographer and is Team Carvers lead marketing and social media team member. John took the time to share with us how he would publish our listing to multiple social media platforms, the extensive Berkshire Hathaway network and other major Real Estate listing websites so that our Condominium listing would receive maximum visibility. The listing photographer did an amazing job and the listing with photographs looked exceptional. Prior to an interested buyer viewing our home we received a text and/or phone call from either Leslie or John to coordinate a date and time and we received feedback after each viewing. We had multiple viewings and received informative feedback from potential buyers and accepted a buyers offer within 6 weeks of listing our property with Team Carver. Team Carver did an excellent job of selling my townhouse while I was away traveling. They handled all the marketing, negotiations, and sourcing and coordinating a few repairs the buyer required. Even though my travels made communications more challenging, they worked hard at keeping me updated and letting me know of decisions I had to make.
