Adam at Pestex was fantastic. He met with me, took the time to understand the issue, and offered clear advice on what the flying insect might be along with several helpful suggestions for dealing with them. He even followed up with a text afterward reminding me to clean the washing machine drain. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
