Werner did an excellent job with the pest control service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing and what to expect going forward. He was thorough, respectful of our space, and clearly takes pride in his work. We already feel more at ease knowing the problem was handled properly. Highly recommend Werner to anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control!

We had sight and sounds of vermin in the house which turned out to be rats. I called Pestforce and Werner called to assess. Werner was very professional and courteous at all times. He talked us through what his thoughts were and the best way of getting rid of the problem . I am glad to say that after 3 visit it appears that the infestation has gone. I am very happy with the way Pestforce and Werner dealt with the problem and would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

I got in contact with Pestforce due to finding what I thought was a bed bug on my bed. After a call with Werner, we set up a survey on the next working day, and he assured me that I do not have bed bugs; but instead had mould mites, which he instructed me on how to get rid of easily. Very professional, really nice and polite, and gave me some great news!

I thoroughly recommend Pest Control Cardiff. Werner is highly experienced, knowledgeable and professional, with a calm, friendly and reassuring manner. My phone call was answered immediately, with a home consultation booked within a few days, in order to make an assessment. Werner treated my home with respect and clearly knows his stuff; he also arrived promptly. This is the second time I have used Pest Control and I remain greatly impressed by all aspects of the business. Impressively, Werner was able to reassure me that, on this occasion, there was no need for any further action and that my initial concerns were mistaken; I really appreciated his professional honesty, and there was no attempt to push me towards unnecessary treatment. An excellent service indeed.

Werner at Pest Control was recommended to us by a relative who was delighted with the service he’d provided her. We called him because we had squirrels in our attic. We needed a quick service as we were going on holiday and wanted rid of the squirrel before we went. Werner came the day after the call and did a thorough inspection of the roof space and exterior of the house. He was extremely professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
