A little more pricey than other places but higher quality food and items for dogs and cats. The employees were very friendly and helped me pick out a new dog tag and other items for my new baby. He needed a cone/doughnut after being neutered and they had a very nice and comfy memory foam option (see pic). Definitely will be shopping here for future purchases! 😄

First time at this location. Bought $200 worth of food to stock up for my dog, and more than one package in the batch was bad/spoiled. Ended up making my dog sick for a few weeks. This is food he’s been on for years. Contacted the store and I’m incredibly unhappy that I was not able to return the spoiled product (half the packages are unopened), or get any type of exchange or store credit. They just said they’d notify the corporate office. It’s not uncommon for people to stock up on food when there are promotions going on, so this “within 30 days” return window is absurd. I’ve NEVER had another pet store brush off a customer when one of the products they sell made the pet sick for nearly a month! Will not shop here again, and do NOT recommend.

Great customer service fair prices and a decent selection of top shelf dog food. I will say that their staff is very knowledgeable in regards to dog food and what is good for animals and what is bad Just all around knowledgeable I highly recommend this place to Go to if you're trying to look for a new dog food or you just want to talk to somebody who's excited They also do have baths for your animals which are self-service as well as a cold freezer section for raw food.

Nick helped me on the phone for about 20 minutes with many great suggestions for my sick 15 year-old dog who is resisting food. I could tell that he deeply cared about my dog and helping him. I couldn’t believe how great the customer service was. He never rushed me and gave me all of his attention on the phone. Nick was so kind about my whole situation with my sick dog. You could not have a better employee at any store! Nick’s suggestions were incredibly helpful! Thank you Nick! :)

We just got our rescue husky. So we needed to give him a bath and get him some essentials for our new pupper. The employees were so nice trying to help us find a harness for him and help us with the bath. We didn't end up getting a harness here because they didn't have our dog's size, he needed XXL. Everything else was so overpriced so we only got him a leash, a collar, and the bath. It's currently 18 dollars for their self service doggie wash station. Which I think was worth it because they clean up the mess and I have a extra fluffy husky I don't want my bathroom looking how we left that place. They have complementary towels, waterproof collars, and aprons to use. The doggie station also has a nice blow-dryer. This was overall a great experience highly recommend! Definitely not washing my oversized pooch in my bathtub and blowdrying him at home.
