They were friendly and very knowledgeable about my pet and breed. I was very easy to set up an appointment. They answered any additional questions I had as well as made me aware of things I should consider when it comes to my pets health.
Dr Smith was dismissive and either deceptive or not well informed. He dressed inappropriately for a professional.His offer of Seven Forests herbs was counterproductive and dangerous. Our additional research clearly stated the Xanthium was not for use in dogs. There was nothing close to a spa environment. Staff was sloppy. Office was old and uninviting. Dr Smith didn't even touch our dog to establish a relationship. Exams were all done in the back instead of in the exam room with the owners. We will not return and will advise others to avoid this clinic.
I’ll never take my dogs anywhere else. The staff at Pet Medical Center is so caring and knowledgeable. I waited for my appointment less than 10min, which has never happened at any previous vet office I’ve been to. My tech, Laura, was super informative and showed so much compassion. Dr. G answered all my questions and was transparent and informative about my dogs treatment plan. My dog needed surgery quickly, and they were able to get me in the same week. Prices were very reasonable and my pup is doing great post surgery. Thank you!
PMC is the only vet that, every single time, treats our bully breeds with such a gentle approach. Other vets have either immediately tried to muzzle or avoid getting close to my sweet, but nervous bull terrier girl. But every visit to PMC, the vet techs and veterinarians always meet her on the floor and give her lots of love. I can’t recommend this place enough!
My pups had dental surgery early November. From the time we stepped into the lobby to returning to pick them up was a very pleasant experience. Everyone from the check-in process to picking them up later that day were friendly, professional and courteous. Dr. Govea called me to update what procedure would have to be done on both pups when the dental procedure was started. The staff were very accommodating to my schedule to pick them up. They also called the next day to ask how my pups were doing. Pet Med and Spa are the best in the Valley!
