Our dog TimTam is 3 months post op from a leg surgery and on our vet’s recommendation came here. Chie did a wonderful job and was very kind. We loved our experience here. We recommend her and Pet Palace to anyone looking for a skilled groomer that is able to accommodate mobility issues due to surgery. Keep in mind it is important to get cleared for grooming after surgery and our dog did not have any stitches since we are 3 months post op. Again so grateful for Chie!

We have taken all our animals here as they are incredible. We have had super sensitive dogs (yorkies and poodle as well as pitty), but our newest rescue is a yorkie/poodle that was skittish, but they have been incredible & his tail was happy when we take him regularly. This is the only place to get your special babies groomed & well cared for!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my second terrible experience here, and it will definitely be my last. Twice now, I’ve brought my dog in for a schnauzer cut, and both times they took the easy way out and shaved him completely. Instead of taking the time and care to actually groom him, they claim his coat is “too tangled” and default to shaving. That’s not skill or care—that’s laziness. To make matters worse, I had a 10:30am appointment today. At 10:20, I got a call saying they had overbooked and couldn’t take me—after they had specifically told me to sedate my dog with comfort meds to prepare for grooming. Because of their mistake, he spent nearly 12 hours sedated for no reason at all. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s harmful. When I picked him up, once again shaved down, I was charged $95 for a service that was neither what I asked for nor what they promised. This place does not value pets or their owners’ time. If you want an actual grooming experience where professionals put in the work, look elsewhere.

Pet Palace is the best! Groomers were so kind and my 2 dogs took to them instantly (which is rare for my big boy who can be shy around strangers). Both of their cuts look fabulous. They’re very thorough with grooming my doodles’ ears and paws, which I really appreciate as it seems like some groomers just skip over the ears. Pricing was very fair and your money is well spent because they do a great job. Definitely the best groomer we’ve been to, will be back when they need their next cut!

Great dog groomers located in North Park. We took our dog, Cush, walking around NP when we stumbled upon this neighborhood dog groomers. We were last minute but they were able to take him in. Cush was a bit shy when we dropped him off to get cleaned and groomed. We were so impressed when we picked him up and he was happy and handsome! Thank you so much for taking care of Cush. Can’t wait to come back.
