My partner and I were nervous about my dog’s grooming appointment because we had a horrible experience at a big chain groomer. We were so pleased with how our shih tzu was returned to us! He looked so nice! The facility is clean and the staff are very friendly. Thank you so much to the groomer, Michaela. I recommend this place 100%!

The check in staff was great, but this isn't a dog day care I am used to. They have a location in my home town where the dogs are out all day, and play in groups with cams so you can see them all day. this place only let the dogs out of the cage for a very short time each day, and no cams unless they are in the cage. Basically you are paying someone to create your dog all day. I was counting on a tired puppy when I got back to my hotel and thats not all what I got. I went to pick him up and the brought him out to me soaking wet from the chest down. Then just laughed and said he went swimming in the water bowl. Cool I get that, he is a puppy, but maybe offer a towel or dry him a little knowing the client has to go put him in there car. I mean you are the ones who allowed him to jump in the bowl after all. Very disappointed and wont be back. I did find a new place closer that has better reviews called pawspa. Going to try them today. Hopefully much better experience.

Great experience! I’ve boarded my dogs here twice now. The staff are sweet and helpful. I was hoping for a little more feedback since their little report cards were not completely filled out, but nonetheless I will be using them for my next trip!

I am a college student and have a total of 3 dogs all with varying needs and personalities. I travel frequently and often have a volatile schedule. I predominantly use boarding with rotating play times. I recommend this place time and time again. It’s affordable and the staff are passionate. My one girl is defensive and my other is fear reactive.. my last is easier to maintain but requires stricter watch over food & liquid. I drop them off, they are nervous but when I pick them up, they are always well kept and extraordinarily happy and comfortable. The boarding records that they are sent home with are adorable. I always feel heard and confident my dogs are getting the attention and care they need. In addition to happy dogs, the staff are very understanding and flexible. Great environment with postive Staff. Problem solving skills are far beyond what I could ask for. Congrats on a well run boarding facility, they are exceedingly rare!

We had to board Tank, a 220 lb English Mastiff for 10 days while in Pittsburgh for surgery and recovery. It was not an easy thing to do, he’s very spoiled and we have never been away from him for that long. The entire staff were wonderful, took great care of him and pampered him. He was very happy and comfortable 🥰
