We have used Pet Palace frequently for both Doggy Day Care and overnight boarding. The facility, the staff friendliness and their care with our dog has been exceptional! I made it a point of asking for the names of all of the employees to give shout outs. Skylar, Clair, Chance, Bradley, Cora, Tyler, Ebony, Eyrika, Emily, Liz, Katie, Gabi, Veronica, Katie, Sara and Dallas have been amazing! They truly spoil our pup! Thank you Pet Palace for providing a comfortable home away from home for our dog.

We have given this Pet Palace location multiple chances to impress us and they have unfortunately failed at every opportunity. We have two large dogs who we have boarded at Pet Palace a number of times over the past few years. The first strike was that our dogs would always be returned to us wearing the other dog's collar — one of our dogs receives daily medication and the other does not, so this led us to worry that they may be giving medication to the wrong dog. The second strike came when we opted to get nail trims for both dogs during one of their stays — BOTH dogs were returned to us bleeding profusely from their nails having been cut too short. I went back in to the front desk and they supplied a small bag of powder to stop the bleeding, but both dogs had already bled all over the car. The final strike came just recently. We arrived to pick up our dogs from their boarding stay and noticed that it was taking much longer than usual for the staff to collect our dogs from their shared suite. The staff advised they were unable to locate the collar for one of our two dogs — they set to checking the security footage to see if they could "figure out where it went". Eventually, staff came back out and said they were unable to locate the collar, saying they didn't know what happened and if they found it they would give us a call, but they said they would put a temporary leash on our dog for the ride home. Upon hearing this, a different staff member said she would go check the back to see if SHE could find the missing collar. She went back into the dog area and almost immediately produced our dog's collar. She then returned to us and said "I know exactly what happened." This staff member then explained that somehow they failed to secure the latch on our dog's suite door one night which led to both dogs escaping the room. Once they had escaped, the dogs ended up finding their collars wherever they were located in the building and chewed them up to the point of being unusable. The staff found our dogs free-roaming the facility upon their return to office in the morning. The staff did remove one night from our bill ("because we will have to buy new collars") but I am absolutely aghast that such a significant failure could occur. The most important service provided by a boarding facility is the reassurance that your dogs are safe while you are away — I do not feel that my dogs are safe at Pet Palace. Who knows what they could have gotten into during their night loose in the facility? The worst part of all is that I am nearly certain that the Pet Palace staff WOULD NOT have informed us of this event had they been able to successfully locate our dog's collar in the first place. We didn't receive a call when this occurred and nothing was mentioned during the initial checkout process. The staff was very happy to try and rush us out with a temporary leash until they realized they would have to explain why both collars were chewed through. I am so grateful that our dogs are okay, but I will not be giving Pet Palace another chance to change that. I would advise significant caution before trusting this facility with your beloved pets.

We take our cat here whenever we go out of town. It’s easy. We pay for play time. Sometimes we book a bath and nail trim. They have updated their food policy. They used to provide free food or you could provide your own. Now there is a small fee for food. I pack my individual servings of dry food. Last time I forgot to book the larger space for my cat. They had availability and moved him to the larger suite without any issues. They have a report card / stay experience with daily activities they give parents at the end of each stay. I wish they sent daily updates / photos.

Thank you to all the staff at Pet Palace. if i could give them higher stars i would. The booking of the reservation, to the dog bath, playtime, etc i can tell Oliver had a great time. We are from out of state and they took him in with no questions. i love that they are so personal to letting you bring anything that reminds them of home to getting a report card (it looks like he passed :) i am not going to lie, being from out of state and not knowing anyone we were concerned dog owners, but if we ever decide to come back, we know that Oliver would be in good hands with any of the staff. Oliver slept most of the ride home to Wisconsin. Thank you again for making Oliver and his parents comfortable with this transition Keith & Sandie Frederickson Kaukauna, WI

The team at Pet Palace was friendly and took great care of my dog! Simon came home happy and tired from having so much fun. Next time I’ll definitely book him a room with a webcam so I can check in on him once in a while. I’ll definitely book with them again.
