Pet Palace went above and beyond for my dog Leif. When I first arrived, I quickly realized I had booked for the wrong weekend. This was a huge concern as I was visiting from out of town. The staff quickly found room for my dog and reassured me it was no problem. I cannot tell you the amount of gratitude I had at this moment. To know my dog would have a safe place to stay for two nights while I was away from home was exactly what I needed. Each staff member loved my dog like he was their own. They even played with him in the snow (his favorite thing to do as he is a Newfoundland). They gave him treats and extra pets. The kennel he stayed in was their largest. It had a camera so I could see him anytime I wanted. This was also reassuring. I enjoyed being able to check on him while also knowing he was in good hands. The pick up and drop off was a breeze. The staff reassured me that no news is good news, and quickly calmed any anxiety I had about leaving my boy at a kennel out of state for the first time. The prices were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Pet Palace, and if I am ever in need of boarding my dog again while in Indiana, I will definitely use them. Thank you to each staff member who made me feel comfortable leaving my boy Leif, and for taking exceptional care of him.

Staff is super welcoming and my pup is always excited to come in! Their groomer Emily always does an amazing job on my dog as well and he loves her! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for boarding or grooming for your doggies! :)

STAY AWAY from this place. They abused my dog and harassed me. When I picked up my dog from grooming, all around her paw pads was cut and bleeding. I went back in and watched the camera footage. It was obvious in the video that the groomer injured my dog several times, the animal's pain was visible in the video. Then she was almost choked to death by the collar and almost fell off the stand several times as the groomer pulled her ears, yelled at her, and ran the clipper on her face. On the grooming day, around 2:23pm I called to ask if my dog was ready yet (had dropped her off at 10am). I saw in the footage that the front desk girl stepped into the grooming room to let them know I called, the groomer started yelling and cursing at my dog!!!!! The manager is extremely aggressive and rude. I heard the guy from their "legal department" on the phone told her "do NOT let her see." I saw the video, so I do not know what else is going on that they did not let me see. Indeed, on the grooming day when I went to pick up my dog, I saw the same groomer held another small dog’s jaw really tight and kept running the clipper on their face. Of course, the poor dog was trying to get away. Had they taken one more step or their paws slipped off the table they would have been hung by the collar. I told the manager this would break the dog’s neck. She raised her shoulders and said, “it happens.” Not only did she not offer an apology, but her words, tone, facial expression, and body language were vile. Also, they leave the poor animals in heated kennels for 4-5 hrs to dry out and only spend 30-45 minutes to groom each dog. That is why they come back thirsty, with dry eyes, and lethargic. I had a fantastic experience boarding my pupper here. The staff were so kind and attentive. It gave me great peace of mind knowing my fur baby was genuinely cared for. Couldn’t recommend them more, the team are absolutely wonderful!

I recently used this grooming service for my 5 yr old dog Knoxx and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The environment was clean, calm, and well-organized, which immediately made me feel confident that I was in good hands. The grooming itself was excellent! The attention to detail was evident in every step. My pet came out looking fresh, neat, and incredibly well cared for. I especially appreciated the gentle handling and the way the groomer took the time to understand my pet’s needs and comfort level as I explained Knoxx gets very anxious and does not like being groomed. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the results were outstanding. I highly recommend this grooming service to anyone looking for skilled care, great customer service, and a reliable, stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be returning!
