I’ve used this place twice now for cat boarding and haven’t had any issues thus far. It’s super close to me and the daily rates are manageable for short trips. Plus they have live pet cams of the cat room! My only gripe is they have cat grooming listed as a service on the website but it doesn’t seem like they offer it currently. I just need a reliable cat groomer for those rare pet spa days. Other than that I will continue to use them for boarding!

I will not do business with this daycare again and recommend you don’t either. I have boarded my dog with Pet Paradise a handful of times since 2024 and was happy with my previous visits. However, when I dropped my dog off for her most recent visit, it seemed that most of the staff did not know what they were doing. I left notes for my dog’s medications and requested that she get an additional dose with her dinner that night. The woman checking me in informed me that the dogs already had dinner for the day and asked how I would like them to feed my dog? This confused me as it seemed she was implying that they wouldn’t feed my dog, but another staff member came to let me (and the employee) know that a manager will feed my dog dinner. While I waited, the front desk phone started ringing and the woman checking me in said she didn’t want to answer the phone. She let the phone ring for many minutes. This was frustrating to see as, if I was calling my pet’s boarding resort for any reason, I would expect someone to answer the phone as soon as possible. When she did finally answer the phone, she left the person on hold for several minutes and I did not see her return to the call. I was also asked to reiterate my dog’s medication instructions multiple times to 3-4 different staff members, even though I left detailed instructions in her boarding notes. This left me uneasy, but I did not have another option to board my dog last minute on Christmas Eve. When my fiancé picked our dog up at the end of her stay, he was told that our dog chewed her collar and leash during her stay, and was given a slip leash… When he asked for my dog’s name tag back, he was informed that they threw everything away. Is it typical to keep a dog’s leash and collar in their kennel with them? She could have choked or swallowed any of the collar/leash and been seriously injured. I also did not appreciate that everything was thrown away instead of given back to us, as we will now have to buy a new collar, leash, and name tag for our dog. This is very concerning to me. My fiancé was rushed away as the staff were too busy checking out others to answer his questions. I called after to attempt to get answers about our dog’s collar and whether or not we will be reimbursed for their negligence, and of course my call went unanswered. I left a voicemail stating my concerns along with my name and phone number, but never received a call back. I will not trust my dog with them again. If you are considering Pet Paradise, I recommend you explore other options for your pet’s safety and your peace of mind.

I have taken my Golden Doodle, Chase, to Pet Paradise Las Colinas, all his life. He’s 4! He had to have his right rear leg amputated, due to a failed hip replacement. Their groomer, Menico did a fantastic job grooming him for us, every 3 weeks, even as a Tripod! When Menico retired, I took him to their new groomer, Sam, which was a huge mistake! Huge! After she had him for 3-1/2 hours, she called to say she couldn’t groom him! He was so tired he couldn’t stand up for her!! I picked him up wet and totally stressed out!! I tried calling her multiple times after that, because she said if I would let her try again, she would get him in and out as her 1st appointment, so he didn’t get so tired. She wouldn’t even give me the courtesy of a call back! I ended up taking Chase to Cutie Pie Pet Groomers in Coppell, which did an amazing job with him! His well being was their main concern. They gave him breaks, made sure he was relaxed and content throughout the process, and he looked adorable when I picked him up! He scored a new stuffed toy on the way out and seemed like a happy puppy! Definitely will never entrust my baby with Sam at Pet Paradise again!

My little girl loved her 2 day stay here when I had to fly out of town overnight. The team was great and I could tell my baby had a fun time! They even sent a report card with photos and let me know how she was doing with eating and socializing. I’ve already recommended to a friend who is about to board his dog before he catches a flight. Traveling can be stressful so it adds peace of mind when you know you left your loved one in care you can trust. Also their rates were very competitive compared to other boarding places near DFW.

I was very pleased with Cookie's first stay with Pet Paradise Las Colinas. Super convenient as it's close to my house. Very clean, the dogs all seemed happy to be there. Got a great report card and pictures from the staff. Cookie will be visiting again very soon. Thank you!
