Always loving care for our dog, Ellis! We always choose Pet Resort on Charlotte pk for his boarding. He has stayed several times and it has gone well. He is a high anxiety dog yet he always seems comfortable when we drop him off and pick him up. He usually stops by the front desk to get some love and petting when we picked him up after a week long stay. Th check in and pick up procedures are easy and the staff is attentive to Ellis’ needs and take detailed instructions to assure he has a great stay. They are reasonably priced also. The staff is always very friendly and professional and we recommend Pet Resort of America on Charlotte Pk for your fur baby!
Riley is happy to see the groomer at pet resorts..he doesn't love baths but he does love her. He always leaves happy..big tail wags!!

Absolutely love Per Resorts of America. The drop-off and pick-up process is always seamless, which makes busy days so much easier. The staff is truly wonderful, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. They really do become like family. I feel completely comfortable and confident leaving my Benji in their care, knowing he’s safe, loved, and happy every single time. I can’t recommend them enough.
Our dogs stayed there for 5 days while we were visiting family for Thanksgiving. Our German shepherd, Duke, came home with a large cut on his face. Our lab, Chloe, had a small cut to the side of her eye. Our dogs adore each other and there is literally no way that they got into a fight with each other. Something happened to our dogs while they were there and the boarding facility didn’t inform us as to what happened. Our labs eyes were bloodshot. They were both exhausted and severely dehydrated. We will NEVER use this place again. Google won’t let me add a photo of Dukes face. Adding it to yelp review.
