My experience at Pet Supermarket wasn’t great. The store felt unorganized, and it was hard to find help when needed. Customer service could definitely be improved, and the overall atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming. Hoping they make some changes.

Got a feeder mouse from here and they’re a little pricey but had no other choice since my other local store closed, $7ish, my snake refused the mouse and I was able to return it for a store credit which was super nice.

Upon arrival I told friendly employees I could not find my chihuahuas leash and apologized one employee said it was fine,,then a lady that I'm told only goes Fridays a vendor starts telling me I shouldn't be there because of the dog leash.Who gives the store vendor authority to make my buisness her buisness.A great customer almost walked out I felt attacked it already being okayed by staff.I have four cats and a small chihuahua that I buy food for here,to be putting up with a crazzy vendor. Employees apologized I payed and was leaving and the woman was still talking as I walked out the door.I might try Petsmart Because I think they hire anybody to stand in a store giving sample.s....Beware people at this location..Thanks but no thanks.
