While visiting San Antonio and being aware that Mr. Hank, our rescued Great Dane is reactive, we were searching for a way to “refresh” our 165 lb boy and survive the adventure. Everyone was very helpful & put us at ease about seeking to clean a dog reactive giant. Hank is clean, smells great and we ended up with a “free rinse” as well. Thank you so much for accepting us!
Just moved to the area looking for a new groomer, came across PetBar on Google and absolutely was the best choice! I called and they were so quick to get us in (like 45 mins) and the girls at the front were so sweet and caring! My husky definitely looked a little crazy due to moving and taking a while to find somewhere but they took amazing care of him and he came out looking like a whole new dog! Thank you again!
Super friendly staff, helpful and great with my big boi! He’s a scaredy cat but they were so gentle and patient with his nails and pad care. The wash was easy to use and the staff explained everything. I liked how they gave you a separate room for drying with ear care supplies, plenty of towels (my pup hates the dryer) and cologne. I wish I knew about this place sooner! We live in Helotes but will definitely drive over here again for baths!!
This was our Sophie Bee's first time visit to Planet Pet Spa. We are extremely pleased and excited to have found Planet Pet Spa for Sophie's grooming needs. They have a professional, clean, friendly and careing staff. Sophie turned out beautiful. Thank you ❤️
I can’t say enough good things about the petbar! I’ve been coming here for a while to get my dogs nails groomed and they always do a nice job! I really needed my dog groomed but I’m always hesitant to do it because my prior groomer and my vet had said she can be hard to groom. I went in today and Lauren instantly put me at ease with how they would try to get her grooming done and make my dog feel comfortable. My dog really liked Lauren right away. The grooming service was very fast. When I went to get my dog you could tell she was so happy! Lauren did such a great job and made her look so cute! Said she did great, found what made my dog a little uncomfortable, worked around that and was able to clean her up, while making her comfortable with the grooming process. Everybody there is amazing you can’t ask for a better place to take your pets.
