That something jr. guy has terrible customer service, some of the worst i’ve ever seen. Was completely rude after he realized we didn’t want to sign up for their little membership program or whatever. Just about as passive aggressive as they come. Should not be working in customer service, the big tall guy was a nice and normal human being though.

Beware!!! Do not hire Bianca to groom your pet. She is terribly trained and traumatized my family by destroying my Pomeranians coat. For some reason she kept saying he had to be shaved from matting when he just needed to be brushed a little he was not matted. After explicitly saying not to shave him she starts off the grooming by running the shears through his coat. I started to wave at her to stop but alas it was too late. Then she tried to return my dog half shaved no bath nothing done!!! Then after getting the manager involved she tried to say my family had approved the shaving!!! Who would approve having a pure bred poms coat shaved to the skin!!!’ We’ve gone to Petco off and on for 8 years and never have I seen a more inexperienced groomer in my life. We luckily found a good groomer after this debacle that was in agreement that he just needed a light brush and was not matted as Petco groomer Bianca had claimed. The other groomer was a godsend and did the best work she could with the mess Petco caused.

I love going to Petco with my pooch as they always have the best 'stuff' for your pet! Even if you don't find what you're looking for, its fun to just look around @ all the good merch & the birds, guinea pigs, hamsters etc!

We stopped by Petco to pick up some supplies for our fish and had such a great experience thanks to Jules! He was incredibly informative and helpful, answering all of our questions and teaching us so much about aquatics. His knowledge and kindness really stood out! Jules even told us about the Petco Subscription program, which ended up saving us $45 which was such a bonus! We don’t actually live that close to this location, but because of the amazing service and care Jules provided, this will now be our home store. Thank you so much, Jules, you are truly appreciated! 🐟 🐠 ~ Jess & Louie 💙

Good selection, friendly staff. You can meet a lot of friendly dogs. They also have a dog training program - our dog (rescue) sort of enjoyed it (he didn’t learn much, but that’s on him). Now we buy cat trees and cat treats here, treats work well, trees are hit and miss (but that’s on our cat). Overall five stars, considering that our pets were/are high maintenance.
