I purchased a treadmill and a stepper here. Great store, great brands, great customer service, nice big, clean space - top notch in every way. I want to especially call out Dylon (Store Manager I believe) who not only helped me pick my machines and was very helpful with that ... but he also made a trip out to my house to help with a machine that wasn't perfectly setup by the delivery guys. He went above and beyond to make a house call that I don't even think would fall into his 'official duties' to make sure my machine was good to go. Can't recommend this store, and Dylon, highly enough!

White glove service. Reece came over and helped design the space and picked absolutely perfect products. They assembled everything and cleaned up and were professional and on time. I love my new home gym and have been using it for several months now. It still makes me happy every time I enter the room.

Fantastic experience. The Cupertino store was large, had lots of floor inventory, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Rudy Bhatt taught us about the various elliptical models. Michelle sampled them all and immediately recognized which models suited her preferences. We just intended to research ellipticals that day, but ended up buying one from Precor. It was more than we intended to spend, but we think it’ll be the one she’ll like and use for the next 10 years, which was our goal.
