Brittney is a great stylist. My four puppies love her. She takes such great pride in her work. She treats all her clients like they are family. I will not go to anyone else.

After our long time groomer retired, we were looking for a new groomer and was referred to Brittney at Petco. Our 13 yo Sheltie needed some work - the last groomer overlooked her nails and undercoat. Brittney was AMAZING!! Shena looks like a new puppy and is about 10 lbs lighter. I told Brittney she is now Shena’s person!!

Best grooming, very neat, and people are kind. Brittany is a fantastic groomer and I love working with her. I've been going there for many a year (through many dogs) and don't have a bad thing to say about their service!

I have never had this type of experience with a grooming service, but this has been the worst and most traumatic for my dog thus far. Due to their carelessness and poor employee training, Petco Grooming severely injured my dog in two spots while giving him a haircut on July 23, 2021. When I was called to be notified of the incident, I was told he received a “minor cut”. I was shocked when I arrived to pick him up and saw for myself. Once we got home, after further inspection, I noticed he had another cut under his arm. I didn’t have to pay for the service, but I was very frustrated when trying to get him medical attention after the incident. The employees told me that I could NOT go to their in-house vet (which would have been the most convenient thing to do) and that I needed to find a vet on my own and only if the bill was under $150, I could call them and they would pay over the phone. How can a business as large as Petco have such poor customer service? They should be better prepared for incidents like this. As a marketing professional, the last thing you do after a wrongdoing, is inconvenience your customers even more. I will never bring my dog back to this location and I’m hoping he hasn’t been traumatized from his experience
