John is very knowledgeable in his field of working on drains !! He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions! On top of that !! He is a very nice person. He has a great personality! Made me feel better just knowing he could fix my problems with the drains ! On this day 2 days after the first time John came over . He had Derrick with him . Had to get into my crawl space ! Bith these men as as nice as can be ! They got right to work fixing my sewer drain ! They are the BEST !! Ill never hire anyone else!!

I love a brand that works hard at being part of a community, shows they care about making the right impression. I also appreciate how easy it was to schedule service using the website. When I’m laugh-sobbing on the floor of my kitchen after trying to DIY my own sink repair, gallons of water around me, and a bad YouTube tutorial playing in the background… it was nice to just click a few buttons and easily see where I would be in their schedule. They got me in within a week! Derrick Hagen came out and got everything cut, fixed, replaced SO FAST and well within my budget. He was prepared with options and costs, super knowledgeable on troubleshooting what went wrong, and very very kind. I get nervous about service folks coming into my home, but Derrick was professional and courteous. Even easily fixed my toilet after we commented that it made a weird moaning noise. I was convinced enough to sign up for their membership plan, but Derrick was never pushy or over salesman-y about it. I felt like everything was so transparent and respectful that I would definitely trust them in the future.

Derrick Hagen, a Peterman Bros. plumber, recently installed a combination sump pump with battery backup in our basement. He installed the pump promptly and expertly. As a bonus, he left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived and is a genuinely nice guy!👌 I should mention that the wiring for the sump pump and a septic (muck) pump were previously brought up to current electrical code by a Peterman electrician, who also did excellent work.

Derrick Hagen installed a whole house water filtration system today. I was very impressed with his knowledge and work. He genuinely enjoys his work and takes alot of pride in it. The system was not cheap but Derrick was worth every penny. It looks great and I can already see and taste the difference in the water. So happy I hired Peterman Brothers. Very professional start to finish.
