I purchased a home and the seller had Pete come out a few times for plumbing issues. Pete is going to be my plumber for life. He is kind, personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated his fairness and his explaining everything to me that made it easy for me to understand. Pete also gave me options and also appreciated my business, although I was not paying him. He treated me like a person. In business, the personability factor is lacking in a lot of businesses…they treat you like there’s no other competition.
