I had a frustrating experience at a Petro-Canada gas station. After filling $50 worth of gas, I tried to pay using toonies, but the cashier (Jini) refused to accept them. Since it was a reasonable amount and legal tender, this was disappointing. I had to pay by card instead and hope they improve their customer service.

I visited Petro Canada yesterday evening around 8:00–8:30 PM for fuel. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The girl on shift showed very unprofessional behavior. She didn’t greet me at all no “hi” or “hello”and her attitude was rude from the start. She even made uncomfortable facial expressions and she was raising her eyebrows at me which reflected a lack of basic manners. This is not the way to treat any customer. I believe proper customer service training is essential. Kindly train your staff better.
