My dog boarded here between March 27th and April 13th and caught Kennel cough. I went to go pick her up and when she came out she was coughing and she spit up. The worker kept saying it was because she was excited but i knew it was something wrong. Her cough wouldn’t go away so I took her to the vet two days later and sure enough she was diagnosed with kennel cough. She was put on antibiotics for two weeks. I am giving this a two star rating because the staff seemed nice and I dont think my dog was treated poorly. However, the facility is obviously lacking in keeping their facilities clean and safe so dogs do not get sick. Also, there was lack of action from the staff to figure out why my dog was coughing because Im pretty sure it didn't start the day she got picked up. Also considering that kennel cough is contagious and can affect other dogs. I will not be bringing my dog back and would not recommend anyone else bringing their dog there either.

Hotel should be shut down. Thw worst experience. It is ran horribly and with no customer service attitude at all. This place needs to be evaluated and examined. I will be filling a compliant with the BBB and also with corporate headquarters. It's a horrible horible place
