I just picked up my golden from her first stay at a PetSmart PetsHotel and I am extremely pleased with the whole experience! At check-in the ladies at the desk reassured me my senior girl would be taken care of and they allowed me to add the “Bedtime Bliss” package to her stay which means she was read a bedtime story, got some additional cuddles, and a photo sent was to me at the end of the night. Best. Decision. Ever. Armand at store 1966 was able to capture the cutest photo of my sweet girl showing off her silly submissive grin. I’m so happy she was with people who understood her quirks! Although she may look fierce, she is actually just super excited to have a buddy around! I would not hesitate to book her again after having such a great first experience!
We got a harness on sale for $15 and a seat belt clip. We were in and out really fast. They were really friendly too!
I took my dog to get groomed as I usually always bring her here, this time around they gave her to me where she wasn't able to walk much or put pressure! I called because my dog is 11 years old but I know my child and I know she was in pain, when I spoke to Managers David, he did tell m to bring her so that they can check on her make sure nothing was dislocated. I brought her Monday and they checked her and wanted to bill me fo something they caused! David did take care of it once I had to bring my receipt because they didn't leave notes, but charged me for her meds in which again they caused. I'm upset because my poor dog and also because I paid for something that has never happened before but it did this time!
Aidyn M is phenomenal. He’s now groomed 2 of my older dogs and been kind and patient. Their grooms have been so good and my dogs have come home happy and feeling good.
Brought my German Shepherd Walker for a haircut and bath Emily took amazing care of him Definitely coming back He looks great and smells amazing Highly recommend booking with Emily
