Our sassy little old man hates all people and other dogs, supposedly. But as soon as he walks in here for puppy daycare and overnight stay, he becomes a sweet little baby who just wants the workers to love on him and to make friends with other dogs. I find it hard to believe this store truly cares about the well-being of animals when they think it's acceptable to sell fish in small plastic cups. It’s incredibly disheartening to see living creatures treated as if they’re disposable trinkets rather than living beings that require proper care and space to thrive. The sight of fish confined to such tiny, oxygen-deprived environments is not only disturbing but blatantly cruel. When I visited, one out of four fish in these cups was already dead, floating lifelessly in the water. The others didn’t look much better – they were lethargic and clearly stressed. This is not just neglect; it’s outright inhumane. Fish need room to swim, clean water, and proper filtration to survive, yet here they are being displayed in conditions that slowly and painfully lead to their death. It makes me question how the store treats the rest of their animals if something as basic as appropriate housing for fish is overlooked. I genuinely hope the management reconsiders their practices and stops treating animals like merchandise. Until then, I can’t recommend this store to anyone who truly cares about animal welfare. There are so many pet stores that prioritize humane treatment and responsible care – I’d encourage others to seek those out instead.

I really feel like this store has the best selection of any of three pet supply stores within a half mile radius. We have a lot of choices but this store is my choice! The people that work there are always friendly and helpful. I year ago i adopted an 8-week-old puppy. In the year that's gone by. Since then I have made many stops to pick up any kind of pet supplies or toys. My now full grown gigantic dog needs. Today I stopped by to pick up a brand new puppy wading pool. The one I got from this store last year has lasted up until now but it sprung a leak. Fortunately they have them in stock for $11.99. In addition to the usual pet supplies.
