Our baby Bloodhound, Scarlet, has been going to puppy play school since she turned 12 weeks old. The socialization with not only humans but other dogs have helped build a rock solid foundation. She absolutely loves coming and waits by the door every morning ready to go see her friends. The front desk, trainers, and managers all know your pet by name and are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We can not say enough good things about all the services we’ve experienced with the VA Beach location! Keep being amazing! We love you guys! Edited to add — Scarlet is also on eye ointment until her surgery to correct her entropion. They have been absolutely amazing in making sure it’s applied every day and keeping me updated on refill needs. Putting eye ointment on a 65lb puppy is not easy and we are so thankful to them for helping keep her healthy during her play time!

I’d give this establishment a zero if possible. They were informed that my pet doesn’t do well with other dogs and solo play will be better for him. I’ve attached pictures of bite marks from other dogs. The most annoying part was when I informed the manager, she said it didn’t happen and would need a note from a vet to verify the bite marks, that’s absolutely ridiculous. Take your pet there at your own risk. The areas are not irritation, they are bite wounds. There's a big difference between them. By the way, when the concern was shared with your team, it would have been better if they had at least offered an apology instead of disregarding my concern and being instantly defensive.

So, my husband and I were planning to go out of town for a week and on the day that we were supposed to leave our first option fell through. We ended up finding petsuits through our last minute searching. They were super accommodating especially for a last minute booking. Our pup was missing 2 shots and the other place couldn't take her in but petsuits was able to take her in as long as we got the shots done that day. They also sent an update on her and informed us on how she was doing. Thank you petsuits for taking care of our furr baby Maya.

Zoe was treated so kindly and staff was very attentive to Zoe and following instructions that made Zoe's stay run smoothly. Staff is always smiling and willing to answers i might have concerning My fur baby 😆Zoe.

PetSuites VB has been my go to since I found them 1 year ago. I travel a lot for work and I always feel confident and reassured that my boy Enzo will be taken care of. PetSuites has so many add-on options to their stay packages and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. The drop-off and pick-up process is super easy. 5/5 recommend!
