Jackie is wonderful! Knowledgeable, calm, obviously loves dogs. She did a great job with our Westie. He looks amazing!

Jackie is the best groomer and possibly a magician. This 20lb drama king over here goes into full panic mode the second we enter the parking lot, throwing Oscar-worthy fits that suggest I am abandoning him forever. And yet, every time, I pick him up a few hours later, and he's flawless. No nicks, no lingering resentment, just a perfect haircut and a tail that's wagging like mad. How she managed to brush out a single mat on this dog without a full SWAT team is beyond my comprehension. If your dog has a flair for the dramatic, thinks the nail clippers are a torture device, and weighs exactly enough to be inconveniently heavy, this is your place. 10/10—she deserves a medal.

I absolutely love Jackie at Phases Pet Salon, and so does my goldendoodle, Aria. Jackie loves on Aria like she is her own and does a fantastic job with Aria's grooming. Not only that, but we get numerous compliments through the month about how beautifully Aria is groomed and asking who our groomer is. I highly recommend Jackie at Phases.

This was our second visit to Phases and both times I have been more than impressed. The owner obviously loves animals and my dog (a big Golden Retriever) loves her! She does an awesome job and we will be loyal customers from now on.

Jackie did an awesome job! Cooper had his first cut today and we are extremely happy. We will definitely be back. Picture posted, before on the left and right after our first visit at Phases Pet Salon.
