I am still in the process of working with Josh to close on a home for my son and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start, Josh was super responsive, patient and really took the time to understand our needs. His knowledge of the local market is impressive, and he is able to navigate the whole process with ease. What really stands out is how comfortable he made us feel throughout- there was no pressure, just clear guidance every step of the way. He went above and beyond with local recommendations for services, which is incredibly helpful given the fact we are not from the area. Awesome work by Ryan Monson. He helped us get into our dream home! Patient, informative, and hard working all the way through till the end. The whole team was helpful when things started getting close to closing especially since we were buying and selling at the same time! Great work!
