HIghly recommend this company! We had to pull together a fabulous friends 50th at short notice but everyone was closed over chrissy and didnt get back to me. Liam from Phenominal replied and informed me he was closed but would put together something for me! This issue was we had to move everything out of the venue by 11pm! liam was a pleasure to deal with, he said they would set up and pack away at 11pm for us! So professional and helpful. The venue looked incredible as well, thanks for all your help giving you on 24 hours notice, you went well above and beyong to make a special friends birthday one to remember.

McLardy McShane Group had the most incredible experience with Liam from Phenomenon Creative Event. Not only did our vision come to life but all the staff from enquiry to planning and set up were beyond lovely. We planned everything from Melbourne because they made it that easy for us and stress free. Our expectations were exceeded and the comments from all our guests were nothing but amazing and blew everyone away. Could not recommend Liam and the team more. Items hired out were great and everyone loved it. One thing to note is that these guys DO NOT go on site, so the items hired out is up to you to measure and fit into your venue. Even if items are not used they will still charge for it. They came not at the scheduled time period to work with the venue operator so somethings could have been better if communication was there on the day.
