After over 30 years with a veterinary practice in Delaware County, I felt disappointed when some of the staff interactions became rude and dismissive, despite having brought more than 15 animals there over the years. I later connected with Philadelphia Animal Hospital through the associated doggy daycare and met Dr. Rebecci and his daughter, who were both incredibly caring and understanding. The office staff is generally friendly and welcoming. My only drawback is long phone hold times and a check-in process that could be more efficient. Overall, a very positive experience with compassionate care
We had an appointment but still didn’t wait long at all. Dr Oniel was very thorough and addressed our concerns. Toby was super nice and was very thoughtful and sincere. Love this office. We’ve taken all our pets there to Dr Ribecchi for more than 20 years. Enzo says he loves his Drs.
My Yorkie Sabrina has been going to this vet office for the past four years. It’s very easy to get an appointment. Their hours are convenient. They’re close by to where I live. The office is always clean and smells good. And the medical staff is very caring and thorough with your pet.
I’m have been a client for over twenty some years. Larry Rebbecchi was recommended to me and I trust him with my life. My dogs which are my life. Also the business is the best. If I don’t get a scheduled appointment with Larry or Daria Rebbecchi and it’s an emergency, everyone working there is competent and helpful. They are open seven days a week, very helpful and And if chances predict I had to rush to Penn vet hospital when it’s close, I make an appointment to discuss with Larry. Everyone I recommend to the clinic has thanked me and changed vets to the Philadelphia Animal Clinic.
I brought in a very sick cat that showed up for dinner with the strays I feed. By the time I got him trapped and over there it was almost closing time. I walked in without an appointment just hoping they'd see him. They were very nice, and were able to see him. We got him his meds and he's already doing so much better!
