Disappointed. Was a patient for ~10 years. Communication has gone from great to terrible. Did not even see Dr. Yurovsky on this last visit because reception has fallen apart. Normally, I take the time to give detailed feedback that could help the business I'm reviewing, but the interaction with reception was so terrible I can't be bothered. Why would I let anyone go near my mouth in an environment this chaotic and poorly managed? So calm and happy about my choice. Went home with all of my teeth and no problems cause no one here touched me. Thank God.✌️ I'll also add that I recommended a friend here and deeply regret it. She told me it was the most painful dentist experience she has ever had. She needed serious work done and was horrified by how anesthesia was handled. This seems to be a theme in other reviews. I have a high pain tolerance and feel like an idiot that I never noticed. Just glad this friend forgave me, and that I finally saw the light. Caring is important, but so is technique. 👎

I am writing to commend Dr. Renee and her staff. First of all the office is immaculate very tidy and clean… Second Dr. Renee, her receptionist and dental staff are very friendly and kind. I’ve never had a bad visit… Dr. Renee is very thorough and professional… I would recommend her to anyone..

Update July 2026- scam doctor and scam practice sent another claim to my insurance 2 weeks ago. I haven’t seen her over a year and changed my dentist. But she still wants to get paid over and over again for a lousy service that she provided 2 years again. Will you trust your teeth with a practice who runs their business like this ? Original review :During my appointment, they made me wait 40 mins to only tell me that they will have to reschedule me!! Unprofessional, rude and unapologetic! During my last visit,4 months ago they overcharged my insurance company. They were supposed to pay them back. Did not pay it in 4 months and then scheduled me to only make me wait and cancel.

Wife went into labor the night before my appointment. I called the next day to let them know I won’t make it because my child is being born. They charged me for missing the appointment. Great way to loose a customer…

I have been going to Dr. Yurovsky for years. The office staff is very kind and the office is very clean. I have never waited past my appointment time, and I feel they always do a thorough job. It’s a very convenient location near rittenhouse square. Highly recommend!
