This review is not for hair services, but for the people who work here. Such a lovely group of people! I photographed headshots and group shots for this salon, and everybody was just so sweet and kind. At one point during group shots I instructed them to stand next to their work bestie, and someone said "we're all besties". It really showed in the photos.
I’ve been seeing Meagan for years, and she’s consistently excellent. She’s attentive, highly skilled, and thoughtful about the details, especially when it comes to custom single-process color. I trust her completely with my hair and always leave feeling put together and confident. I’d highly recommend Meagan to anyone looking for a stylist they can truly rely on.
People stop me on the street to ask where I get my hair done! Kate and her team are some of the most talented and professional stylists in the city. Kate always takes the time to listen to what I want and offers thoughtful suggestions when needed. I always leave loving how my hair looks and feels—the quality of the products they use really makes a difference. I usually get blonde highlights or balayage with toner, along with a stylish cut with layers. The rest of the stylists are incredible as well. And there is parking across the street.
I had an incredible experience at PHD, specifically with my stylist Ainslee. Ainslee is a very talented stylist, but more than that she made me feel very comfortable in her chair and in expressing my needs to her! She is exceptionally socially intelligent and easy to talk to, which is a really important skill for a stylist to have. I was super happy with my hair and with my experience when I left the salon. Cannot recommend Ainslee enough!!
I had the best experience at PHD! Katie was AMAZING! From when I first walked in she listened closely to what I wanted and needed help with regarding my hair. She took her time and put in so much effort and attention to detail. I left feeling beautiful!
