I have been working with Phil for several years now. He is very patient, kind, and dedicated to personal health and growth. Phil tailored a strength and wellness plan for me that also helped me recover from old injuries, and correct upper back pain from crouching at my desk. He's the least judgemental person I've worked with and truly cares about his clients. I couldn't recommend Phil enough.

Started training with Dr Phil about 2 years ago and I have been more than surprised by my progress. I am a working mom who had not seen any strength training my whole life and I am amazed at what I can do now. Lifting checked bags from baggage claims (a piece of cake), carrying heavy furniture up the stairs (I got that). This all happened slowly and I never realized. He trains slowly and steadily so I never felt I was compromising safety! He is flexible that works for my schedule too

I’ve been training with Dr.Phil for few months now, and I can’t recommend him enough! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and helped me manage my arthritis through tailored workouts that never felt overwhelming. What really stands out is how flexible he’s been with my constantly changing schedule, always accommodating and understanding. On top of that, he’s approachable, encouraging, and truly listens to my concerns. I’ve seen improvements in my mobility and strength thanks to his guidance. If you’re looking for a trainer who knows his stuff and genuinely cares, he’s the one!

Phil has been helping my husband Bob, who had a stroke 10/23. In coordination with therapy at Moss Rehab, we were referred to Phil. He has been working with Bob for 7 months. Phil has been very encouraging and patient. Through his knowledge and instruction, Bob has gained strength and flexibility. We highly recommend his services.
