Called 2 times for a used 16" tire that had 75-80% tread and wanted $25-$30 more than a new tire would cost. Don't recommend.

This pace has very good prices on tires. I had a good experience working with them. They are up front with you, no B.S. They put a new tire on my truck in less than 30 minutes!

Called to make sure they had my tires, was greeted with the most respect. Was gives answers in a timely fashion. When I arrived I was greeted and the guys got to work instantly. I got two brand new tires for $216 and they were installed in 30 minutes. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be returning!

🚫 Review of Phil’s Tire Shop – St. Louis, MO If I could give zero stars, I would. Phil’s Tire Shop is an absolute embarrassment to the idea of customer service. I came in either Tuesday or Wednesday of last week it was one of the warmer days, I was looking for a set of tires. When I walked through the door the guy at the front desk looked like he was half asleep, when I started to explain what I was looking for, he had a nonchalant attitude about him and didn't seem to care what I was looking for at all. He was acting more like I was an inconvenience, I ended up going to Bargain Tire on Hampton where I didn't feel like a burden or inconvenience for wanting to get tires - Unprofessional staff: The employees spend more time glued to their phones than paying attention to customers. You’re standing there waiting, and they’re scrolling, texting, or laughing at videos instead of doing their job. - Rude and dismissive: They act like you’re bothering them just by walking in. No courtesy, no respect, no effort to actually help. - Chaotic environment: The shop looks like a disaster zone — dirty, cluttered, and completely disorganized. It feels more like a hangout spot than a business. This place is a joke. If you value your time, your car, and your sanity, avoid Phil’s Tire Shop at all costs. St. Louis has plenty of tire shops that actually care about customers — this one clearly doesn’t.
