He quickly diagnosed the issue with the battery in my tire gauge, checked and adjusted my air pressure, and made sure everything was good to go. My experience here was incredible. My car tire had unexpectedly gone flat, and I was driving on the spare tire. I did a lot of research on a budget-friendly, non-creepy place that could patch (or replace) my tire. I saw that Discount Tire did free tire patches. I called them to make sure that was true and that I could just walk in anytime. The whole time I was there, they were very professional and helpful. I had to wait about an hour. For a free tire patch, and getting all my tires aired up, I was super happy to wait. When my car was done, I asked several questions, including how my tire treads looked. They were patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I even asked if they could air up my spare tire, and they went back and did it really quick for me. Absolutely, 100% free. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. I have bought a few sets of tires from here for a couple different vehicles. When I recently got back from a trip, my tires were absolutely toast and unsafe for me and the kids. I had to get something immediately that was in stock and exactly what I wanted, and so reluctantly went with a local competitor that I am already not a fan of called Dobbs. I specifically told Dobbs that this particular tire type and wheel have an issue with the lip and seal the bead to consistently hold air, and after double checking with the manufacturer of the wheel, sometimes a simple flip of the tire and being generous with bead sealer is enough to solve this issue. Dobbs did not do as I asked, and naturally air was slowly leaking out of the tires that I would have to top off at least once a day. There will always be evidence of generous bead sealer because it looks like adhesive on the outside of your tire that will wash off overtime or you can take to the car wash. I brought it to my guys at Discount Tire and they LISTENED, then fixed all 4 tires free of charge even though I essentially begged them to let me pay for their service and when they refused, at least accepted some lunch that I will be bringing by. Just go here, OK? 😄

Havent ever really wanted to come here, anything with the name discount is not quality in my opinion, I throughly checked a tire for a nail numerous times before swinging by, they magically found 2 more nails and tried to upsell a more expensive brand tire, won’t be coming back, discount tire is for sure a scam, can’t believe I was referred here. Edit, I’m so glad the owner responded and sent a link to put in my information, no way to leave a comment, just my info. I can’t believe a business is run like this and hasn’t been shut down. Ridiculous…
