We had an accident in Indy but insist that our car be brought back to St. Louis to Gapsch CARSTAR for the repair. Gapsch has fixed a few of our cars in the past and we were amazed at the quality of workmanship, level of service and communication during our repairs. Unfortunately this SUV was totaled and was beyond repair even for Gapsch CARSTAR. Accidents happen when you drive as much as we do. When in need for a top notch quality job I would rate this shop an 11 out of 10.

I had a great experience with Carstar. The entire team was exceedingly professional, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. The turnaround time was quick, and the quality of work met every expectation. I was very pleased with the service and communication throughout the process. Special shout out to Nicole for all of her help and professionalism. She made everything smooth and stress free. I would absolutely recommend Carstar to anyone needing repairs.

Repairs to my auto were very well done. They kept me updated on the progress at several of the steps along the way. The office staff and contact person on my repairs were very informed, willing to help, and very personable and made an experience that nobody wants to through much less stressful than it could have been. I hope you never need a car repaired but if you do you would not be disappointed with choosing Gapsch to do the job.

I got to the condo in Gulf Shores, parked the car, and walked to the Lobby to check in. As soon as I got to the Lobby, I got a text from my sister, who stayed in the car, that I needed to get back to my car and HURRY. As I got closer to the car, I could see my sister and another person standing at the rear of the car. The other person was holding a luggage cart. The luggage cart dented the liftgate and rear bumper. We exchanged insurance information. When I got home, I made an appointment for an estimate. I received the payment from the insurance company and scheduled the work. The work was completed quickly. The dent in the liftgate was gone, and the paint was blended in perfectly. The bumper looks new again, and the cameras all work like they should. The car was cleaned. The windshield was the cleanest it’s been since I bought the car. No more crumbs and coffee stains on the console or nail polish on the steering wheel. Looks good inside and out. Great job.
