The carpentry team at Phinney Ridge did a great job replacing the front stairs to our house. They were very communicative throughout and responsive to our feedback and questions along the way. We had repairs done to our water damaged (swelling) MDF millwork, and general maintenance on millwork throughout the house. This was all repaired and painted beautifully. We also had a custom linen closet built into an alcove. The carpentry was great and the whole project turned out well and was done in a timely manner. Workers, managers and the company in general communicated well and were very responsive. Workers were friendly, knowledgable and very polite. Any concerns that came up were addressed quickly and they made sure I was happy with the result. Would hire again.

We are in the process of getting the exterior of our house painted by Phinney Ridge painting. Everyone at PRP have been great to work with. Having an old house we had repair work that was necessary before the prep and painting could start. We wanted to give a shout out to Wesley who did all of the repair work. He was meticulous, efficient and lovely to work with. We can't wait for the rest of the job to be completed. An update to my previous review The house painting is finished and we are very pleased with the results. It is the best our house has looked in the 40 years we have owned it. One again the crew. Israel led the team-he was great to work with and listened to any ideas or concerns we had. Irving and Eddie were a great painting team. Excellent exterior painting! I would recommend Phinney Ridge for exterior house painting. Suggestion; The communication from the project manager could be improved. Example: what tasks will happen when and what will be the impact to the customer.
