Former employee from a few years ago here. This is just a cleverly disguised MLM. If you didn't get in at the start, you won't make any money. I've heard from more recent employees that it's gotten even worse. If they're still in business and hiring, just skip the interview and go somewhere that will respect you, your time, and your wallet.
