While the staff was very nice, I would have appreciated being informed over the phone that this procedure is no longer something they typically perform and should be removed from the website. I wasn’t expecting to learn this only during my consultation. 🙃 That said, I truly appreciated the kind lady who took the time to explain everything and provide helpful resources (I’m sorry I forgot her name). She was friendly, patient, and thorough in discussing what I was looking for and the pros and cons.

Everyone was very nice!! From the receptionist to the checkout person! Dr. Madden and Joanna couldn't have been more professional and tried to make me feel more comfortable and cared for during my procedure.
