AVOID IT AT ALL COST! THEY USE KNOCK OFF PARTS! THE PLACE IS A SCAM! This place did the worst phone repair ever. I had my phone's screen cracked. First they have replaced it with a faulty screen, when I went back to get it changed, they made me wait almost an hour, just to give my phone back with the same screen, trying to tell me that it's my phone's fault that the new screen doesn't work. A few days later they got a new screen for my phone. Changed it, the I can see that the screen is missing from the curved part of my screen. Obvious knock off! And they were telling me that they are losing money because of this! What a joke. Also the new screen is draining my batyery like crazy. SCAMSCAMSCAM!!!

Samsung store said a deep clean of my charging port to remove a bit of gunk would cost over £30. Came here and matey said he'd do it for £15. 15-20 mins later I was back and he'd finished - working good as new - and he'd given the rest of the exterior + cameras a lovely clean free of charge. He was an absolute pro, showed me everything he'd done and everything working in perfect order, really transparent and timely. Big fan :)

I cannot recommend this shop enough. The customer service is exceptional. They do really good phone accessories, covers and repairs. They are so helpful and go above and beyond an example of this; I’d left my charger in London and just needed one for the time being Until it arrived in the post, I was low on battery and they offered to charge my phone and even said ‘ We’d be happy to just charge your phone, don’t feel you need to buy a charger, We’d be happy to offer this service.’ I’ve plenty more samples of their personal, caring customer service which to be honest with you right in the city centre is a rare thing and this is why I will always be a returning customer because of how they treat and respect each customer that comes through their door. Shout out to VINAY who served me recently, thank you.
