Fantastic customer service. I booked an evening appointment online, same day. They replaced the screen, added a screen protector and I had them put on a new case. Felt like I had a new phone. The best part was it took less than 20 minutes.

Just about as great of an experience as possible! Came in with an iPhone that had the classic signs of a dead battery (that the Apple Store said was a “logic board” issue and would result in a >$300 and lengthy repair). Kamal was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, looked at our phone, replaced the battery, and had it as good as new within an hour. Just a great experience. We will be taking any future repair needs to this store, highly recommend!
