Great customer service. Jen was great, my phone wouldn’t charge so I walked in on a Monday morning and she took a few minutes and cleaned out the charging port and the phone charger worked great. She didn’t even charge me for the quick clean out and it fixed my problem! I would recommend Jen and the Phone Doctors to anyone needing help with their phone.

Jen, the new manager, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is super friendly, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free from the moment I walked in. She took the time to make sure my phone issue was fully addressed and followed through every step of the way. With her help—along with the doctors who assisted my phone was fixed quickly and efficiently. You can really tell she cares about providing great customer service. Overall, a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the help and kindness shown.

Corbin was awesome, my iphone 11 was having issues and I thought I lost everything but he took like 10 minutes with it and it came back to life! He then pointed me in the right direction of a new phone and I was only charged a diagnostic fee. Excellent customer service, quick results, and standup employees. I will definitely be back for the data transfer.

I was told by BA location to go to 41st location bc they had my screen in stock. Drove over there and they did not have my screen. I had to order one and waited 3-4 days. They asked if I wanted generic or original and I opted to pay the $450 for the original. The next day my screen protector cracked and I never dropped my phone. About a month later I got a green line down the screen. I took it to Apple bc I figured it was something that could be fixed. I had to pay another $450 for a new screen. I was also told that the screen on it was a generic one. I tried several times to contact phone drs no answer or no mailbox. I found a support email and sent them all the information and requested a refund. Never heard back. Tried calling again and no answer no mailbox. If anyone from phone doctors see this I would like a refund!

I had a pretty busted up Galaxy S23 front and back and even though they said the part for the back of the phone wasnt ordered or never came in- I only ended up paying half price of what I thought was owed for my front screen and was able to use my old phone within the next week! They did a great job, with good customer service, on top of that I got a lifetime warranty :) My phone still works just like it should. Solid, very impressed and more than likely to return to get the back replaced soon as well!! Thanks you guys. You guys rock.
