Came in today at 11am. I asked the lady working the counter if they could have my screen replaced by 12pm. She said there is NO WAY. it takes 2 hours minimum. Whatever, so I left. I showed back up at 3:44pm and dropped my phone off because now I have 2 hours to spare. She again said it won't be ready until 5:44pm. Okay not sure why it takes 2 hours to replace a phone screen but again whatever. I got an email an hour later (didn't have my phone so didn't see it at the time) saying my phone was ready. Picked the phone up before 5:44pm and guess what? it was ready. Not sure why I wasted 2 hours when the phone was ready in an hour.
I really appreciated the knowledge of the person we dealt with when we brought the phone in. He had a pretty good idea what the issue might be and was able to give me a price at that time. We dropped my phone off too late in the day for it to be fixed that day, but they said it should be ready by noon the next day. They had a good supply of parts in stock and completed the repair when promised. The person I dealt with with i picked my phone up was very courteous and efficient as well. I highly recommend this group if you have issues with your phone!!! This is who I'll use from now on!
Broke my screen this morning, took it into the store and they had it replaced like brand new within 2 hours. No issues with it, and everything works great. They have a very friendly staff with awesome customer service. 10/10 recommend this store for all your broken device needs.
They came out to replace my husband's battery and they broke the LED in screen when they did. Apparently there's nothing they can do when they break something during a repair? Don't even know why they were messing with the screen to get to the battery. Wouldn't use them again and if you can avoid asurion for your insurance plan, avoid them like the plague.
I waited over 6 months for uBreakiFix to repair my PS4 Pro. Every time I checked in, I got the runaround. Eventually, I was told they had recycled my console without my authorization—and it still had a game disc inside. After calling corporate, they said they’d replace it with a new system if I waited another month and partially paid for it. Two months later, I was called to pick it up… only to be handed a refurbished PS4 Slim 1TB, which is a downgrade from what I originally had. When I pointed this out, the front desk employee gave me attitude and said, “Do you want it or not?” I was beyond frustrated and just took it to avoid more wasted time. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They mishandled my property, downgraded my replacement, and treated me poorly when I called it out. Be very cautious trusting them with your electronics. P.s this happened about 3 years ago but something reminded me about it today and looked for my old review but it wasn't here, maybe i did or didnt write one, but here's another one and this buisness shouldn't still be open imo🙃
