I've used Cellular Repair and Exchange four times - twice buying batteries and twice dealing with SIM card problems. In all four cases excellent service. Reasonable prices - in fact the SIM card problems were handled without charge. This is the first place I go with cell phone problems.
Stumbled across this place and loved it! Been twice recently for cracked screens and the guy here is amazing! Very polite customer service. Had me done within 30 minutes! Prices are very fair plus for the screen replacements he also provided the screen protectors. Excellent service 😎
I couldn’t hear out of my iPhone, always had to use speakerphone. Stopped at Subway to grab something to eat and thought, I’ll run in here and see how much it would cost to fix it. The guy looked at it, said give me a minute, went in back, came out a minute later and said, try it now. It worked. He wouldn’t let me pay but I gave him $10 anyway. Good guy.
They did a wonderful job fixing my phone charging port and making sure everything else was good with my phone, they did all that quickly and at a great price :) I’m definitely coming back if I have any future problems I need fixed.
