Shabaz did an amazing job fixing my iPad screen a while back. Even though it was being very difficult, he went above and beyond by trying multiple screens until it was working perfectly. He worked so hard to make sure everything was just right. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and I highly recommend him.

For the longest time I’ve had a massive issue with my laptop. The bottom of my laptop had a massive crack. Also the hinges of my laptop completely came off. I did not drop or intentionally break my own computer but Lenovo laptops are just made with very poor hinges and they are extremely delicate. I went to various different places but I was not satisfied with a lot of the advice and service I received. Anyway I took a chance on this place, due to the very good reviews. And this place over-delivered, believe the hype. This place is the best place in Cardiff in my opinion for computer repairs. These guys are first class. If you’re unsure which place to go for laptop repairs or any electronic repairs go to this place. You will not be disappointed.

Had my MacBook screen repaired. Shahbaz was great, excellent customer service and contacted me throughout the whole process. Quick and easy service and he explained all my options well to get the best price! Would highly recommend and definitely use again!

Amazing experience at this store. The technician that was working there was friendly and helpful. I took my laptop on Monday with bad water damage it was not working at all I wasn’t sure if it could be fixed. Then, I got a call on Wednesday with the diagnosis and the price for the repair (which was reasonable and I got a student discount as well). The part that was needed arrived in a day and my laptop was fully fixed by Friday. Repair was quick and I could immediately pick it up. Would definitely recommend this store amazing service.
