Phone seized up at work. Stopped into store today prepared to pay whatever to get things working. Mac had phone working in minutes and did not ask for any money. Nice to meet honest people out there. Terrible experience. Technician was helpful and fixed phone quickly. Wanted to get the middle tier screen but they were out so he installed the cheaper one. Phone overheated when charging and cracked first time it fell off my couch onto the carpet two days later (with an otterbox case on). Went back and they said they couldn’t do anything. Poor quality screens.
