Julian is so kind, extremely knowledgeable about technology and he had my device back to pristine condition in such an impressive amount of time. I will 100% be coming back for any of my devices that may need future work. What I really appreciate about him is how honest he was from the get go, I thought that I needed a new screen for my iPhone, because it was popping out, but it turned out to be my battery which was a cheaper fix. I did have him fix my screen too, but i just really appreciate that he left that as an option for me, when anyone else would have told me that I 100% needed both no matter what. And what it cost me for both the battery and the screen is what it would have cost me for the screen alone at another shop. Unbeatable prices and top tier customer service. I can tell he really cares about his customers and he loves helping people. His work speaks for itself. I’m so happy to have my phone working like it’s brand new. If i could give 10 stars I would.
